Catalytic cracking is an important secondary processing method for heavy oil lightening and is the core equipment of each refinery. Because it belongs to high temperature and high pressure devices, the internal parts are many and the shape is complex, and there is a high-speed flushing of the fluidized catalyst. Therefore, it is necessary to use an amorphous refractory material as a heat-insulating and wear-resistant lining in the metal wall.
 
For each part of the device, the appropriate lining application is as follows:
 
The lining structure of the pipeline of the following equipment should be a single layer insulation and wear-resistant lining without tortoise shell:
