The magnesium repair spray refractory material is melted and the slag corrosion is increasing. Especially, the erosion and erosion of the slag line area and high temperature area are serious, resulting in uneven lining damage. In the end, the furnace must be replaced as a whole. How to Choose Magnesium Repair Spray Refractory Castable
 
The spray material is made of high Mgo content and low magnesia, which are matched in a certain proportion, and the spray strength and adhesion rate are good. The proportion of large particles should not be too high, otherwise it will rebound easily. The binder is preferably a composite binder, which can improve the adhesion rate of the spray material. However, the amount of the binder should not be too small or too much, otherwise it will affect the adhesion rate of the spray and the erosion resistance of the material.
