1. Determine the refractory raw materials used in magnesium spray coating according to the formula to ensure the quality of raw materials.
 
2.Calculate weighing ingredients according to the formula, control the size and proportion of aggregate and powder particles, and strictly calculate the ratio of raw materials, additives and usage.
 
3. Place the prepared powder and aggregate first in a blender and mix for about 5 minutes. Then add the powder to the aggregate and mix it evenly for 8-10 minutes.
 
5. The gunning mix refractory is equipped with additives and binders, and then stored in the warehouse.

1. Before the construction, the concrete surface should be degreased and decontaminated.
 
2.Paint mixing: according to water: paint = 100:120 ratio of ingredients. First, add water to the paint and mix it evenly. The finished paint should be used up within 2 hours. Due to different construction tools and weather conditions, water can be added as appropriate.
 
3.Construction method: The construction should be carried out above 5 °C. The first road should be sprayed, the thickness is about 3-5mm, and the thickness of each time is about 3-5mm until the fireproof design requirements are met. The interval between each construction is not less than 24 hours.
 
4.Surface decoration: If refractory gunning construction, the appearance of the coating is a uniform granular surface, which has a sound-absorbing function, generally not to be smoothed. When it is necessary to smooth the treatment, it should be done after the tail spray. When there are surface decoration requirements, other decorative materials can be sprayed (brushed) on the surface of the fireproof coating.
