High Alumina low Cement Castable Introduction
 
High alumina low cement castable in which the micro-silica powder (particle size less than 5um) with the same or similar chemical composition as the main material of the castable is used to replace part or most of the cement, and a small amount of dispersant (water reducing agent) is added. A certain amount of delayed retarder is prepared. High strength low cement refractory castables: castables with a cement addition of 3-8% and a CaO content of between 1-3% are called low cement refractoriness castable with a CaO content of less than 1.0% are referred to as ultra-low cement castables.
