Zirconia Hollow Sphere Brick Definition

1.Mud Casting Zirconia Hollow Bricks Products
 
❉The zirconia hollow ball brick slurry casting product is an acid mud casting production process.
 
❉The high-purity zirconia hollow spheres and high-purity calcium hydroxide are used as raw materials, the mixture is finely ground by ZrO2:CaO=95:5, then pressed into blocks, which are kept at 1250 ℃ for 4 hours for stabilization treatment. After the smashing of the stabilized material, 15% of the monoclinic zirconia hollow spherical bricks were added and finely ground to a particle size of less than 3 μm. For example, if the abrasive is finely ground in the iron ball mill, it is also subjected to pickling and iron removal, the metal iron content is less than 0.01%.
 
❉The zirconia hollow ball brick mud density is required to be 1.9 to 2.1 g/cm3, the pH value is 1.7 to 1.9. Casting with gypsum mold, the mold is placed at a rate of 15%, and the operation method is the same as that of alumina slurry. Immediately after demolding, the product was placed in an electric furnace and incubated at 850 ℃ for 2 h for calcination. After cooling, zirconia hollow brick is sanded and shaped with sandpaper, then fired in a high temperature kiln at 1800 to 1850 ℃ for 4 to 6 hours.
 
Hot Press Injection Molding Heating Element Zirconia Hollow Bricks Products

❉The mold is formed on a hot press machine with a metal mold, the temperature of the wax is maintained at 60 to 70 ° C, and the mold release rate is 13% to 15%. The specific operation method is the same as the alumina hot press product.
 
❉The hot-pressed injection body is made of industrial alumina as a filler in the crucible, refractory zirconia hollow brick is dewaxed by 1200 ° C for 4 h. The product is suspended in a vacuum furnace at a vacuum degree of 1×10-5 kPa (1×10-4 mmHg) and fired at 1650 ° C for 3 hours.
 
3.Isostatically Shaped Zirconia Hollow Bricks Products
