Silicon carbide crucibles are used to smelt various non-ferrous metals such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, lead-zinc, medium carbon steel, various rare metals and carbon products. Suitable for metal smelting in ground furnaces, electric furnaces, intermediate frequency furnaces and high frequency furnaces. Silicon carbide crucible has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, high oxidation resistance, less pollution, fast thermal conductivity, good thermal conductivity, small thermal expansion coefficient, fast thermal conductivity, and strong resistance to rapid thermal quenching strain.
 
1. Product features of Silicon Carbide Crucible
 
        1. High density: Adopting advanced isostatic pressing technology, the material is dense and uniform without defects.
         2. Less pollution: The material design fully considers the relationship with the smelted metal and the process characteristics, and almost or no harmful impurities are brought into it.
   3. Anti-corrosion: Advanced material formula can effectively resist the physical and chemical effects of the melt.
  4. High oxidation resistance: Advanced anti-oxidation mechanism can well protect the graphite crucible.
   5. Save metal: Because the material contains special elements, it can effectively inhibit the oxidation of metal.
  6. Fast heat conduction: using high heat conduction materials, compact structure, low apparent porosity, and fast heat conduction.
